Student projects are added irregularly and in no particular order. These are projects stretching back to 2002, from students in their 1st, 2nd and 3rd year and using vastly different tech. Thus; we recommend you use the tag cloud to the right to filter the projects you’re interested in!
In “El Cheapo” you load up the moving truck as efficiently as possible. The more items you can fit, the better your pay. You load the truck by flicking one of three items towards it. If any of the items fall out or hit the floor, the driver drives off.
El Cheapo is for Android Phones and was developed using the Unity engine, Photoshop, 3D Studio Max, and Audacity.
Fight your opponent by boxing a punching bag and moving/defending with a dance mat. Best of three rounds win. Use well timed punches and defenses to defeat your opponent.
One punching bag for each player with four input buttons on each. Top left/right for left/right head punch. Bottom left/right for left/right body punch. Dance mats will be used for movement and defense. A player blocks when walking backwards/away from his opponent.
Pangolin Party is a easy going competitive couch versus game where you play as either a spy or a hunter. If you play as the spy you try to blend in with the cute AI and complete tasks without the hunter realising who you are. If you play as the hunter, you too, try to you blend in with the AI whilst trying to determine who the spy is, and then go on to lick the suspect, if you get it wrong; you get jailed, if you get it right; you win!
A first-person horror game where you have to navigate and physically move things in the world to progress, and interact with your phone to talk to friends.
You live in a small town in a Nordic European country as a 14-year old. Your parents won’t drive you, so you need to find your own way home from your friend’s house. Unfortunately, there are creepy figures in the woods and you keep hearing footsteps behind you. All the while you’re getting texts from your sister asking why you aren’t there yet. Walking through empty streets at night and being challenged by your deepest fears, you can’t help but feel alone. Can you make your way home?
We are targeting PC and Current Generation consoles. We’ve used Unity along with many additional tools.
