WellCase

This project is designed to simulate the experience of being diagnosed and treated for hysteria. Using a custom-made controller integrated with a TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) unit, the game delivers mild electric stimulation to players as a form of “treatment” for their imaginary illness. The game manipulates players into questioning their own perceptions of health and agency.
