Student projects are added irregularly and in no particular order. These are projects stretching back to 2002, from students in their 1st, 2nd and 3rd year and using vastly different tech. Thus; we recommend you use the tag cloud to the right to filter the projects you’re interested in!
In FIRE TIRES two players take it upon themselves to save the day by putting out fire demons! It is an intense, co-op game with whimsical and fun visuals that lets the players experience the carefree joy of being a child again.
A third person zombie shooter that brings you back to the Louisiana swamps. The dead in the confederate state of Louisiana are rising. Now it’s up to you to put them under ground again.

Delve into the Silver Christine, an old cruise ship that disappeared beneath the ocean’s surface over a century ago. Discover what hides in the deep blue, but do not disturb it.
The project was made during a short three week production. The core aim of this game is to serve as an experiment for a bachelor’s thesis, investigating how interactivity and forewarning respectively, affects immersion and negative arousal. This will be measured using four focus groups who will be analysed using eyetracking, pupil dilation tracking and heart rate deceleration tracking. The study will take place at Uppsala University in Sweden.

“Sometimes, you simply want to do something new. We all desire a bit of surprise, variety, and even a bit of competitive chaos to sharpen your mind and spice life up! With Desired Discomfort, we wish to break you free from the vicious daily routine of life with a game that will motivate you to create novel experiences with a group of other brave pioneers.”
In Desired Discomfort you’re given the chance to compete and encourage your fellow players by challenging them to try exciting new experiences, and break the routine! You will meet weekly at regular sessions to set up a week of new challenges, showcase your progress, and score points for your efforts. Each session is meant to be completed in less than an hour, thus freeing players up to go on off-book adventures. Continue playing until a predetermined number of sessions have been completed and crown the player with the most points as the winner. Don’t forget to celebrate the success of the group afterwards!
